Above & Beyond
We had 2 rooms over the weekend and I was amazed at the level of personalized, sincere, professional service Jenilu consistently provided to every single guest. I am a 30+ year Marriott Sales Manager and tend to have high standards. Jenilu exceeded expectations!!
Great place w/ a great rate!
Immaculate rooms, a couple of burns on the sink countertop from pre- smoking- ban days, but cleanliness matters more to me than newly updated! Beds, linens, and pillows were comfortable - solid night sleep! . AC worked very well on this super hot & sticky weekend. Bridgette and Yesenia were very accommodating and extremely pleasant. Yummy muffins and coffee, and lg selection of yogurts even at checkout time 11 AM. Would definitely stay again. (In my 60's traveling w/ my sister)
Jenilu at the front desk was an absolute delight, room was very nice and clean. Second time staying here and will be staying again! 🙂

I can't thank Jenilu the manager enough for early check inn and a room close to the exit as it's hard for me to walk. Please is convenient very clean and comfortable .
Jenilu is a great asset, caring and accommodating to the customer- Thank You!
Updated room is nice and new beds no longer squeak, but are firm and could use a pillow topper.
hotel does not offer any substitute for the included breakfast that is now closed- should at least offer brown bag with fruit cup, bottle water and some healthy snack items.

It was a great place to stay. Clean and comfortable room. I didn't want to get out of the bed it was so comfortable. The staff was wonderful.

I went last weekend with some friends, and we had a great time. Everyone was very helpful, and kind. We will go back again.
